《國家智庫報告：海上絲綢之路調(diào)研報告（英文版）》分為三個層次，即：第1層次，是針對“起點”的國內(nèi)相關(guān)問題研究，主要就福建等沿海地區(qū)如何推進(jìn)“一帶一路”倡議提出政策建議；第二層次，是針對“支點”扥境外問題研究，探討中國與東盟如何在21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路展開合作的路徑與策略；第三層次，結(jié)合福建和東盟有關(guān)國家的調(diào)研分析，對與“一帶一路”對中國經(jīng)濟(jì)與世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響、沿線國投資及其所面臨的國家風(fēng)險防范等其他相關(guān)問題，進(jìn)行廣泛而深入的研判。
