Robert W. Woods,美國俄克拉荷馬大學(xué)法律博士 (JD) ,美國俄克拉荷馬大學(xué)戲劇導(dǎo)演藝術(shù)碩士(MFA) ;現(xiàn)為美國亞歷桑那大學(xué)駐中國海洋大學(xué)法律項(xiàng)目主任。此前,在美國洛杉磯電影學(xué)院、美國俄克拉荷馬大學(xué)法學(xué)院以及美國荷克拉荷馬城市大學(xué)教授娛樂業(yè)商法、娛樂業(yè)法和庭審程序等,并曾在中國廣西大學(xué)教授美國商法。在擔(dān)任教職前,在美國洛杉磯比弗利山莊長期從事娛樂業(yè)律師工作,是很多好萊塢電影制作方的法律顧問,以及若干電視制作公司、人才代理公司、制片人、導(dǎo)演、編劇及音樂家的法律代表。2011年,獲得在美國聯(lián)邦最高法院的出庭資格。除了法學(xué)教育與律師工作外,還制作過三部電視劇,其中一部于2012年獲得"最富靈感的電視節(jié)目Epiphany獎(jiǎng)"。此外,曾在美國阿肯色州、洛杉磯以及蒙古、中國南寧等地制作了一系列戲劇作品。
武小鳳,本科畢業(yè)于西南政法大學(xué);中國人民大學(xué)法學(xué)博士,中國政法大學(xué)博士后;曾于甘肅政法學(xué)院任教,現(xiàn)為洛陽師范學(xué)院法學(xué)與社會學(xué)院副教授。2009年至2010年,赴美國俄克拉荷馬城市大學(xué)做訪問學(xué)者,主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)槊绹淌卤缓θ司戎?013至2015年,在俄克拉荷馬城市大學(xué)法學(xué)院國際中心從事國際交流方面的學(xué)術(shù)與行政工作;后于俄克拉荷馬大學(xué)攻讀法學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,主要方向?yàn)槊绹v史與美國憲法、美國印第安人法律體系。曾在《政法論壇》《現(xiàn)代法學(xué)》《法學(xué)家》《環(huán)球法律評論》《法學(xué)前沿》(Frontiers of Law in China)以及OKCU Law Review等刊物上發(fā)表論文十余篇;出版《沖突與對接--刑事法律和解制度研究》等專著。
