中國促進(jìn)國際法治報告(2015年 英文版)
《中國促進(jìn)國際法治報告(2015年 英文版)》旨在系統(tǒng)梳理近年來國際法治的新發(fā)展,著重闡述中國在國際法治的各個重要領(lǐng)域所表明的理念、堅持的原則和立場,以及采取的具體行動,系統(tǒng)展示了中國對促進(jìn)國際法治做出的重要貢獻(xiàn)。全書由中國與國家間關(guān)系法治、中國與國際經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系法治、中國與國際民商事法治、系統(tǒng)闡述中國國際法的教學(xué)和傳播四部分組成。
曾令良,男,1956年出生,武漢大學(xué)人文社科優(yōu)秀教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,現(xiàn)任武漢大學(xué)國際法研究所所長、教育部長江學(xué)者特聘教授、歐洲聯(lián)盟讓-莫內(nèi)講席教授。兼任中國國際法學(xué)會副會長、中國國際經(jīng)濟(jì)法學(xué)會副會長、中國歐洲法律研究會會長、中國世界貿(mào)易組織法研究會副會長、湖北省國際法研究會會長等職。曾獲全國普通高校人文社會科學(xué)研究成果一等獎、被評為第二屆全國十大杰出中青年法學(xué)家。代表性著作有《歐洲共同體與現(xiàn)代國際法》及其繁體中文修訂版《歐洲聯(lián)盟與現(xiàn)代國際法》、《世界貿(mào)易組織法》、《歐洲聯(lián)盟法總論》、《中國和平發(fā)展重大前沿國際法律問題研究》等。
