本書(shū)聚焦于行業(yè)內(nèi)部,使用面板和條件VAR模型,系統(tǒng)地研究了中國(guó)股票市場(chǎng)的信息擴(kuò)散問(wèn)題。本書(shū)發(fā)現(xiàn),中國(guó)股票市場(chǎng)的信息擴(kuò)散是一個(gè)漸進(jìn)的過(guò)程。公司規(guī)模、交易量、賬面市值比等內(nèi)部因素都可以影響信息擴(kuò)散的過(guò)程。而市場(chǎng)條件的不同和政策的改變作為外因,也可以影響信息的擴(kuò)散。本書(shū)在理論上繼承了行為金融學(xué)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)有效市場(chǎng)理論的批判,在實(shí)踐中也為投資者提供了一些切實(shí)可行的操作思路。
市場(chǎng)中同類型的圖書(shū)較少,大多數(shù)證券投資類的圖書(shū)更注重于技術(shù)分析,而往往對(duì)投資者本身分析的不夠。
