This textbook is one of the achievements of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Fund Project named "A Training of Skilled Talents in Rail Transit for Lancang-Mekong Countries", approved by the Ministry of Education in 2018.
When visiting Central Asia and Southeast Asia in September and October of 2013, Chinese President Xi Jinping raised the initiative of jointly building the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road (hereinafter referred to as the Belt and Road), forming the "Belt and Road" Initiative.
