《京劇——竇娥冤》：本書是“中國(guó)戲曲海外傳播工程叢書”中的一本，該系列以英文圖書的形式向海外讀者介紹中國(guó)戲曲文化，由多部經(jīng)典劇目構(gòu)成。該劇展示了當(dāng)時(shí)的下層人民任人宰割、有苦無處訴的悲慘處境，控訴了貪官草菅人命的黑暗現(xiàn)實(shí)，生動(dòng)刻畫出竇娥這個(gè)女性形象。本書第一部分介紹劇本的內(nèi)容概要、來龍去脈以及主創(chuàng)人員，第二部分是腳本，第三部分是附錄，主要是對(duì)京劇劇種的簡(jiǎn)要介紹。

韓愛果，美國(guó)賓西法尼亞州立印第安那大學(xué)語言與思辨學(xué)博士。任教于新澤西州羅文大學(xué)寫作藝術(shù)系，主講英語寫作藝術(shù)和中國(guó)語言文化，開辦科學(xué)認(rèn)知和創(chuàng)新思維的系列講座。研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)閷懽魉囆g(shù)教學(xué)、認(rèn)知思辨與道家哲學(xué)。專著論文主要涵蓋認(rèn)知思辨、社會(huì)價(jià)值體系、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)藝術(shù)和東西方思想文化交流。多次應(yīng)邀在中國(guó)和美國(guó)大學(xué)舉辦中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)哲學(xué)思想的專題講座。
