本書的內容主要包括國際商事環(huán)境、國際商法的基礎理論、國際貨物貿(mào)易法、國際服務貿(mào)易法和國際商事仲裁五個專題模塊。五個模塊劃分為不同章節(jié)、知識點,每一章節(jié)或知識點包括主體內容、案例、拓展性閱讀資料及課后問題。在全書之后附參考文獻。本書在全面介紹、分析國際商事法律、規(guī)則與實踐的同時,注重對中國國內立法、國際商事司法實踐及案例的融入。

廣東外語外貿(mào)大學法學院教授、博士研究生導師、副院長,廣東省教學名師,美國威斯康星大學麥迪遜分校訪問學者。長期從事涉外法治人才培養(yǎng)工作,有較為豐富的法學全英教材編著、法學全英課程講授和教研經(jīng)歷。研究方向為國際經(jīng)濟法、涉外法治,已在國內外以中英文發(fā)表論文50余篇,出版著作10部,主持國家級、省部級科研項目10余項。
