本書特點(diǎn):
(一)創(chuàng)新性。本教材采用全新的教材編寫體例。傳統(tǒng)的跨文化溝通教材都是按知識(shí)點(diǎn)劃分的,注重理論知識(shí)的講述,而這本教材是基于工作過程的項(xiàng)目化教材,以工作過程導(dǎo)向?yàn)橹笇?dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容體系,按項(xiàng)目劃分,項(xiàng)目下面有具體工作任務(wù),而且工作任務(wù)又以具體跨文化溝通問題的形式提出的。要完成這些工作任務(wù),除了應(yīng)該掌握跨文化溝通基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)外,還要求學(xué)生必須發(fā)揮學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)性和積極性,通過對(duì)資料的理解和把握,靈活運(yùn)用知識(shí),完整地解答跨文化溝通的問題。
(二)實(shí)用性。由于本教材主要面向涉外經(jīng)貿(mào)和旅游等專業(yè)高職高專層次的學(xué)生,因此,在編寫本教材時(shí),我們按照“必需和夠用”的原則,以項(xiàng)目任務(wù)的模式為框架,根據(jù)實(shí)際工作場(chǎng)景設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目情境,包括如何與外國(guó)人打招呼、如何贈(zèng)送禮品、如何談判等,為學(xué)生提供可借鑒的技能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
(三)通俗性。本教材努力把深?yuàn)W的跨文化溝通理論通俗易懂地介紹給讀者。通俗即要求用通俗的語言,力求簡(jiǎn)明扼要,避免“簡(jiǎn)而不明、俗而不精、易而不全”的弊端;易懂是用鮮明、淺顯、生動(dòng)、活潑的案例為導(dǎo)引,循序漸進(jìn),讓學(xué)生在輕松快樂中學(xué)到跨文化溝通基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),掌握跨文化溝通基本技能。
(四)時(shí)代性。隨著全球化的發(fā)展,各國(guó)文化和禮儀受到全球化的影響而發(fā)生了深刻變化。本教材根據(jù)各地區(qū)文化的變遷和發(fā)展設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容,了解在涉外交往中跨文化溝通的技能演變,包括時(shí)間觀念、價(jià)值觀念、空間、非語言交際等內(nèi)容,有助于學(xué)生及時(shí)調(diào)適跨文化溝通技能。
