本書共分10章。第一至四章以跨文化交際學的基本理論和主要內(nèi)容為框架,闡述交際與文化的關(guān)系、文化價值觀對跨文化商務交際的影響,介紹跨文化商務交際過程中文化差異在言語和非言語方面的具體表現(xiàn)。第一章為概論,介紹交際、跨文化交際和跨文化商務交際的定義、概念、發(fā)展及其意義等;第二章著重介紹文化的基本理論和文化價值觀研究成果;第三章和第四章分別探討文化差異在言語交際和非言語交際方面的種種表現(xiàn)。第五至十章運用跨文化交際學的基本理論具體分析幾個重要商務實踐活動中的文化差異,即跨文化商務寫作(第五章)、跨文化商務禮儀(第六章)、跨文化商務談判(第七章)、跨文化商務營銷(第八章)、跨文化商務倫理(第九章)、企業(yè)文化和跨文化交際能力培訓(第十章)。附錄包括練習答案和參考書目。
