《中華人民共和國國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局公報》是由國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局辦公室編輯出版的面向國內(nèi)外公開發(fā)行的政府出版物。主要刊載內(nèi)容為：全國人民代表大會及其常務(wù)委員會通過的涉及知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的法律；國務(wù)院發(fā)布的涉及知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的法規(guī)和法規(guī)性文件；國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局發(fā)布的規(guī)章、公告、重要文件、統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)以及其他需要公告的事項。其上刊登的國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局規(guī)章、規(guī)范性文件為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文本。本冊為2013年公報合訂英文版。

國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局辦公室,組織匯編國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局是國務(wù)院主管專利工作和統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)涉外知識產(chǎn)權(quán)事宜的直屬機構(gòu)。負(fù)責(zé)組織協(xié)調(diào)全國保護知識產(chǎn)權(quán)工作，推動知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護工作體系建設(shè)。會同有關(guān)部門建立知識產(chǎn)權(quán)執(zhí)法協(xié)作機制，開展相關(guān)的行政執(zhí)法工作。開展知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護的宣傳工作。會同有關(guān)部門組織實施國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略綱要。
