《我的心靈藏書館：名利場（英文版）》那是一個春寒料峭的日子，中國宇航出版社的策劃編輯戰(zhàn)穎找到我，要我負責主編一套世界經(jīng)典名著的導讀和注釋叢書，想請我邀北外的一些老師加入到這一工作中來。我看了她給我的書單后，心中不由地一動，多么熟悉的書名啊，這些經(jīng)典名著的英文版和中文版是伴我度過大學時期的重要精神食糧之一。因為在我的大學時代，校園里不像現(xiàn)在這樣充斥著浮躁的氣氛，而是一種寧靜的讀書氛圍，我們讀古詩詞、現(xiàn)代抒情詩、三毛的散文、席慕容的散文和詩歌、羅蘭的小品文等，而我們這些英語專業(yè)的學生當然還要閱讀英文經(jīng)典名著，不是老師布置的作業(yè)，而是主動為之。時至今日，這些經(jīng)典中的主人公形象依然留在自己的腦海中，這些經(jīng)典中的故事情節(jié)依然讓人心潮澎湃。所以，我禁不住想答應下來。
