2013年3月15日至16日,“消費者保護(hù)的全球性挑戰(zhàn)——正義和消費者權(quán)利”國際論壇在武漢大學(xué)國際學(xué)術(shù)交流中心舉行,本書稿是參會的各位學(xué)者提交的論文集。本書稿分為五大部分:聯(lián)合國消費者保護(hù)準(zhǔn)則、全球金融消費者保護(hù)、中國的消費者保護(hù)、消費者損害、消費者保護(hù)與國際公法,另外還有附錄部分有相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。
