《國際安全研究（2018年第2輯 英文版）》是國際關(guān)系學(xué)院組織編撰的英文半年集刊，在我社已出版經(jīng)年。本期為2018年第二期，以“非軍事性”為特征的“資源性”安全困境日益凸顯，沖擊著各國政府及跨國組織的現(xiàn)有安全政策和安全合作機制，傳統(tǒng)安全共同體難以應(yīng)對新的挑戰(zhàn)，本期主要偏重論述國際安全理論和新背景下的各國的安全戰(zhàn)略。
