研究首次從“一帶一路”和“學(xué)術(shù)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)”的視角開展高等教育相關(guān)研究工作。研究基于“一帶一路”國(guó)際課題組的長(zhǎng)期研究努力，同時(shí)，也基于對(duì)對(duì)中國(guó)樣本的大數(shù)據(jù)分析。研究對(duì)西方學(xué)術(shù)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)的相關(guān)理論也進(jìn)行了分析、介紹與批判創(chuàng)新。
劉進(jìn)（1985-），男，江蘇東海人，教育學(xué)博士。碩士生導(dǎo)師，北京理工大學(xué)教學(xué)促進(jìn)與教師發(fā)展國(guó)家級(jí)示范中心副主任。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金等課題10余項(xiàng)。已先后出版學(xué)術(shù)專著2部，發(fā)表中英文核心期刊論文40余篇。曾在浙江大學(xué)任教。曾在中央組織部、北京市委借調(diào)，曾為海南省昌江縣副縣長(zhǎng)（掛職）。曾為美國(guó)波士頓學(xué)院、意大利都靈大學(xué)訪問學(xué)者，英國(guó)利物浦大學(xué)名譽(yù)助理教授。現(xiàn)為?“一帶一路”高等教育研究國(guó)際課題組（B&R）組長(zhǎng)。
