本書(shū)意在把精益這件事說(shuō)明白,既有大量案例的解釋說(shuō)明,還有工具運(yùn)用后的反思和總結(jié),真正達(dá)到"學(xué)”與"思”的有機(jī)結(jié)合。本書(shū)共包含 9 章。其中,管理篇包括第1 章和第2 章,主要講解了精益生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展和管理層面推行精益的步驟和要點(diǎn);后面7 章為工具篇,從認(rèn)識(shí)工廠(chǎng)的工具入手,以人、機(jī)、法、環(huán),以及新技術(shù)展望為脈絡(luò),由整體到局部,從基礎(chǔ)到精通,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際案例對(duì)各種精益工具進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)講解。本書(shū)還對(duì)很多精益知識(shí)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了重新詮釋?zhuān)蠖鄶?shù)是筆者在推行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善的實(shí)戰(zhàn)過(guò)程中的感悟與總結(jié)。
