前言
提起教孩子做飯,許多家長都會不自覺地擺擺手,將廚房當成孩子的禁區(qū)。
“我家孩子太小,還不能學(xué)做飯!
“廚房全是火呀、刀呀、煤氣呀,孩子進來太危險了。”
“學(xué)做飯沒用,還不如學(xué)做題!
五花八門的理由讓絕大多數(shù)孩子都不會做飯。畢竟,孩子要以學(xué)業(yè)為重,而并非需要從小就圍著灶臺轉(zhuǎn)。
但其實,對于孩子來說,學(xué)習(xí)做飯是一件非常有意義的事情,不但可以陶冶情操、增強動手能力,還能讓孩子更加熱愛生活,成為一個全面發(fā)展的人。
所以,我們應(yīng)該讓孩子適當?shù)貙W(xué)習(xí)一些生活技能,比如學(xué)會做飯、學(xué)會做家務(wù)、學(xué)會照顧自己。而作為家長,只要做好以下幾點,就能輕松教會孩子做飯了。
首先,家長應(yīng)陪同孩子一起做飯。
刀具、電源以及做飯時的高溫的確是不確定的危險因素,但家長也必須認識到,隨著孩子逐漸長大,總有一天要脫離家長獨立生活。孩子獨立生活以后,肯定還是要和這些東西打交道的。與其到時候獨自面對,不如在家長的陪伴下從小就開始接觸。
從孩子步入小學(xué)開始,家長其實就可以有意識地教孩子煮飯做菜了。一開始可以讓孩子幫忙端菜、端飯、拿筷子,慢慢地可以讓他看著家長做,再過一段時間,就可以讓孩子嘗試做一些簡單的菜了。在孩子獨立操作的過程中,家長還是需要在旁邊看著,以免發(fā)生意外。
第二,每周做一到兩次即可。
家長教孩子做飯,不是為了讓孩子從小就獨立做飯,還是要以培養(yǎng)技能為主。
也有很多家長認為,教孩子做飯會浪費孩子的時間,每天的功課以及課外興趣班都要花費不少精力,如果再讓孩子做飯,確實是會占用時間。但是如果這個頻率控制在每周一到兩次的話,則不會有任何影響了。孩子在繁重的學(xué)業(yè)中,抽出時間和家長做做飯,還能讓緊張的心情放松一下,達到減壓的目的。
第三,關(guān)鍵在于培養(yǎng)孩子的動手能力。
家長教孩子做飯,本意不是為了讓孩子在這方面有所見識,更多是為了培養(yǎng)孩子的動手能力,讓孩子更加熱愛生活。
在這個過程中,家長要注意培養(yǎng)孩子的興趣,而不是讓孩子產(chǎn)生一種做飯很煩的感覺。在教孩子做飯的過程中,可以適當增加菜品,讓孩子把做菜當成一堂有趣的手工課。
對于孩子來說,做飯的過程是最重要的,是提升他們動手能力的好方式,也是讓孩子更加熱愛生活的好途徑。所以,作為家長,我們一定要在條件允許的情況下,盡可能地讓孩子學(xué)會烹飪,體驗做飯帶來的樂趣和意義。
